I would love for SSDL to take off too, I just see that lots of well-meaning organisations have put a serious amount of money into making WSDL and BPEL vaguely work, and it would be unpallitable to their shareholders to then switch horses.

But if there ever were to be an OASIS or W3C standards group on SSDL then I would be there, front and centre.
